Day 2 on the island
What I have learnt working in a team is that you can t be the boss no one can be the boss and that you can't tell someone what to do. You also have to let everyone have a chance to speak because if you don't no one would like you and then you won't be a very good leader. How to resolve conflict is to say sorry and tell that person why you did it and give a response that is thought full and how you felt when you did it . So as you can see it no the best choice to be the team leader and don't be rude and gossip about people.
